Eser size hasarlı ulaşırsa, bu farklı bir haklar kategorisine girer. Kargo sigortası kapsamında talepte bulunabilirsiniz. Bunun için teslimat anında fotoğraf çekmek ve kargo şirketine derhal bildirmek kritiktir. Satıcıya da en kısa sürede uzmana bildirim yapılması gerekir.

Orijinallik Uymuyorsa Ne Olur?

The Difference Between a Ready Work and a Special Commission

If the work arrives damaged, this falls into a different category of rights. You can make a claim under shipping insurance coverage. To do this, photographing the work at the moment of delivery and immediately notifying the shipping company is critical. Notification must also be made to the seller as soon as possible.

What If the Authenticity Doesn’t Match?
